SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped out from our partner warehouses.

Shipping usually takes 7-9 business days for USA while for international Market, it may vary depending on your location, anywhere from 14-21 Days.

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, delivery times may vary depending on your countrys customs process and shipping Method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or in your customer log in dashboard. If you do not create an account, You can still track it on our Track Order page as well.

Tracking may take 12-18 hours to update after shipment. Please allow some time before seeing movement.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order is lost, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue or offer a new replacement.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at mishapiwosa@gmail.com to request a change, however, please be informed, once our warehouse has processed your order, it may not be possible to make any changes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition. Please Read our Return policy for further details

Contact us at mishapiwosa@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable). If you are eligible for the return, we will proceed with your returns.

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 4-7 business days to your original payment method depending on the payment you used.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hour of placing them. Please email us at mishapiwosa@gmail.com or via Live chat to request an order change or cancellation. Please be informed, once our warehouse has processed your order, it may not be possible to make any changes.

Browse products on our website and click Add to Cart. When ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping/payment details.

Yes. We work with verified suppliers and perform quality checks to ensure you receive high-quality, curated products.
Some popular items are restocked, but availability depends on supplier stock. Join our newsletter for restock alerts.
If you find any product in the internet and could not find a way to purchase it with reliable store. Please let us know and we will gladly make it availble for you.
Some of our items ship directly from international suppliers and manufacturers. Rest assured, your item is as described.
We use multiple suppliers for faster delivery. Your items may be shipped from different locations at different times.
